ARTICLE 1:

SARL TASDELEN is a company of transport who deals with transport and taxi, offering to the private and professionals individuals a service adapted to their needs within the framework of their displacements 24hours a day and 7 days a week.     

We are subject to the regulations of the DREAL and are registered in the passenger register under the license number 2018 84 000453.

ARTICLE 2:

The transport reservation:

The reservation is possible up to eight people/car.

For any reservation, the customer must provide the following information: first and last name, residential address, telephone number, e-mail, details of the journey from the day of departure and arrival, number of people, number of luggage (if there are many) and if you need a booster seat or baby seat.

These information must be specified during the booking request.

The reservation is approved  when the customer receives the confirmation by e-mail. We exclude ourselves from any responsibility in the case of an unreported typing error. Modifications will only be considered according to availability and may result in surcharges.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

ARTICLE 3:

Payment terms:

All routes booked by our customers are calculated by Google Maps and Viamichelin which are our references and determines the final rate. The taxi ride is calculated according to the route whose estimated to be the fastest. Rates shown on our website are all taxes included. The management reserves the right to change prices without notice or compensation. The driver is free to change the route according to the traffic conditions without the price being changed for the customer. When the customer orders a taxi ride from the airport, it is especially recommended, when booking, to take into account the time required to get off the plane and the recovery of his luggage before determining the departure time. The invoice is issued at the request of the customer by e-mail.

The accepted payment methods are : cash, cheque and bank transfer. Online payment is possible.

 

ARTICLE 4:

Terms of cancelation :

In case of cancellation by the customer who has already made the payment:

  • Free cancellation until 24 hours before the start of the service.
  • Billing of the entire service for a cancellation less than 24h before the start of the service.

After a waiting period of twenty minutes and without prior notice, the driver will be entitled to consider that the booking has been canceled. The service will be billed in its entirety.

The wait is free up to 1 hour late at the station or at the airport.

ARTICLE 5:

Obligations of the parties:

In line with our safety and results obligations, we are committed to make every effort to transport our customers to their destination in the best conditions of comfort, safety and on schedule.

Our company cannot be held responsible if damages are caused by the the traveler, a third party, or in case of force majeure.

Our company has taken out in a Professional Civil Liability insurance for the transport of travelers for consideration.

 

 

 

The obligations of travelers:

The client must show up on time at the address indicated, he must comply with the established regulations.

He is liable for any damage he voluntarily or not causes to other passengers, to the luggage or the vehicle. He is required to take care of his own safety.

Each traveler must check before leaving our vehicles if he has all his luggage. We are in no way responsible for objects and luggage forgotten in the vehicle. All passengers, front and rear, are required to wear safety belts.

The contents of the luggage put in the trunk of the vehicle, in particular fragile items remain under the sole responsibility of the passenger.

 

ARTICLE 6:

Complaints:

Any claim regarding the service must be done by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the address.

Acceptance of general conditions of sale

The customer acknowledges having read, when booking, the general conditions of sale. The acceptance of a quotation by the customer and the confirmation of his order imply the complete adhesion of the customer to these general conditions of sale and the unconditional acceptance of all the provisions stated therein. Our company reserves the right to modify them at any time.
